By accessing or submitting a bid on Bidranks (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Bidding & Cumulative Payments

• Permanent Bids: All payments made toward a listing accumulate permanently on the submitted domain. Listing rank is determined dynamically based on total accumulated monetary bid.
• No Guarantee of Specific Rank Duration: Your position on the leaderboard is competitive and open to outbidding by any other participant at any time.
• Non-Refundable Payments: All bids are final and non-refundable once processed, as leaderboard rankings and traffic allocation update immediately upon payment confirmation.

3. Prohibited Content & Moderation

The following content types are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal without refund:

• Malware, spyware, phishing, or scam websites.
• Illegal products, copyrighted warez, or unauthorized digital streams.
• Explicit, pornographic, or adult material.
• Deceptive affiliate redirects, doorway domains, or cloak URLs.
• Hate speech, harassment, or unlawful content.

4. Direct Link Traffic & Disclaimers

Bidranks provides direct, unshortened outbound links to listed destinations. While we track outbound click telemetry, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates, sales volumes, or third-party web traffic numbers.
